When we considered designing a bracelet for clubs, individuals and groups to use for fund raising, our concern was the cost. Always striving to be responsible stewards of the donations that we receive, spending any funds on merchandise requires serious consideration.
This time the decision was made easy by Allison Kelly who enthusiastically offered to underwrite the cost of creating this first batch of Sanctuary bracelets. We are indebted to Allison for her continued support and great faith in our work. Thanks to Allison every penny generated by the sale of these bracelets will directly benefit the elephants in our care.

Allow 7-14 business days for your in-stock item(s) to ship from our warehouse from the time we receive your completed order.

Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are not
satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the
item within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or full refund
of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges.
Opened VHS tapes and DVDs will not be refunded, only exchanged for the
same item within 30 days of purchase date. The item must be returned
in new condition and in original box (when applicable). All return
shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please enclose a note in the return package stating the reason for the
return. Customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable
charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be
refunded. We will, however, reimburse you for any/all postage and
taxes if the product is defective or an error occurred when filling
your order.
Return Instructions:
1. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the
same condition in which they were received. List the items you are
returning and the reason for the return and enclose note in the
package.
2. If exchanging the same item(s) for a different size, please
indicate new size in your note. Please contact us for any other
type(s) of exchange(s).
3. Send your package so that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt
by the US Postal Service is recommended. We are not responsible if
there is no proof that the product was delivered to us. Send your

4. We will issue a credit to the credit card on file, or if paid by
check (for mail orders), we will issue a refund check. Shipping and
