General Medical Fund - Ongoing Need We are creating this fund to try to encompass some of the aspects of Lizzie's treatment that may not be constant throughout its entirety. The items in this fund make up the bulk of the cost of her treatment. It will cover things like her actual TB medications, the cost of having them re-constituted, and any of the blood work that will need to be done during the course of her treatment. There are also going to be small things that get ordered only once, orders of extra grapes or other treats, and other items that we may not manage to list individually. Having this fund will give us a hand with all of the expenses that will go into trying to get our
sweet Lizzie completely healthy.

General Facility Needs:
Respirator Masks, 3M 9211 - Ongoing Need [$15.45 / Box of 10]-We will need these masks for our caregivers as well. Some caregivers require a different mask to fit properly. These masks are also offered at a discount when ordered in bulk. Envirocide Disinfectant, 2.5 Gallon - Ongoing Need [$199.00 / Box of 2]-This is the cleaner that is used to spray down...well, almost everything, and is also used in the human foot baths. It is used to clean the floors, the walls, the bars, pretty much the entire barn. Also, anything that leaves that area (which are few), but include things like Lizzie’s blood tubes, must be cleaned and sprayed down. Even things that don’t leave the area, like Phase I boots, get sprayed repeatedly. This cleaner kills the TB virus, with minimal contact time needed. It is also environmentally friendly, which is always a Sanctuary concern, but even more so when being used so frequently around both caregivers and elephants. It was the only tuberculocide we found that was not a lung or skin irritant and was safe for the environment. So we don’t have to worry about it causing any harm to our ladies, the staff, or the planet. Respiratory Masks, 3M 8511 - Ongoing Need [$16.15 / Box of 10]-Our caregivers will be going through a lot more respiratory masks now. These masks adhere to regulations and should be changed after each use for highest efficacy. Please note a discount is offered when purchasing in bulk. Tyvek Coveralls - Continual Need [$6.05 Each]-These are the tyvek suits that the caregivers are wearing to protect themselves and minimize exposure. They have zippered fronts, attached booties, and hoods. These work best for our caregivers because of the long arm lengths and the elastic wrist bands. With the amount that they are worn, they will need to remain stocked and ordered regularly. Discount Price when ordering in quantities of 25 or more, price is $5.25 each. We need x-large sizes only, please. Hoods - Continual Need [$27.00 Each]-These are the hoods that go along with the PAPR breathing system. The hoods are made specifically for these systems, with ports that attach directly to the tubes running from the PAPR, ensuring an air-tight fit. In trying to maintain optimal air quality, they will also be replaced on a regular basis. Air Filters for PAPRs - Continual Need [$33.00 Each]-When washing the Phase 1 barn, the caregivers must wear PAPRs (powered air purifying respirator). These systems pump fresh air into their hoods, for breathing, then it gets circulated through a hepa filter, and back to the hood again. Regulations stipulate that these filters must be changed every month to ensure optimal air quality, so we will be ordering them regularly.

item within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or full refund

Opened VHS tapes and DVDs will not be refunded, only exchanged for the
same item within 30 days of purchase date. The item must be returned
in new condition and in original box (when applicable). All return
shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Return Instructions:
Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the
same condition in which they were received. List the items you are

Send your package so that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt
