While Middle Tennesseans were feeling the effects of a week of heavy February rains — and grumbling about the inconveniences it caused — several of our girls were having the time of their lives! The pictures on this page are of Tarra, who spent several hours playing in the creek. As you can see from the photos below, the water was high and moving fast, making this playtime quite enjoyable for Tarra.
