Create a virtual day trip for some fun and excitement without leaving home
"Sheltering in place" could be a recipe for chronic boredom, but it doesn't have to be with many interesting Tennessee attractions offering entertaining virtual tours or other online experiences.
Between the attractions' websites, their social media pages and some great YouTube videos, you can get a taste of Graceland, the Tennessee Aquarium, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, The Hermitage, the National Civil Rights Museum, several zoos and even Nashville's Lower Broadway honky-tonks without ever leaving the comfort of your couch.
The virtual experiences are, of course, free and available on whatever devices you have. And while they are obviously not quite the same as real visits, they can enlighten you and help you decide which attractions you will want to pay money to see in the future.
