Facilities Foreman
The Sanctuary has an immediate opening for a full time Facilities
Foreman reporting to the Director of Operations.
Position will involve supervision and maintenance of all buildings,
fencing, gates, barns, grounds, equipment and vehicles at the Sanctuary. This
position will involve prioritizing and
supervising the upkeep of the 2700-acre
facility, supervision of maintenance staff and some hands on maintenance,
Candidate will coordinate the purchasing of normal maintenance supplies
and equipment; prepare formal bids for
mechanical, maintenance, and other related
supplies and equipment. Candidate should be experienced in all areas
of carpentry, welding, electrical and small engine repair, and the
operation of farm equipment. Candidate
must have a strong work ethic, possess
the ability to work unassisted, and be
self-motivated.
Salary is dependant on experience and includes benefits; 6 months
probationary period.
